RoleTypical Capabilities
Super AdminFull organization control: create/modify projects; list org-wide orders; manage all users including other Super Admins; list payment methods.
AdminCreate/modify projects; list org-wide orders; manage users (except Super Admin users); list payment methods. Cannot create or modify Super Admin users.
CreatorCreate & manage their own orders; view project(s) they're assigned to.
ReaderRead-only access; cannot create orders.

Role Details​

Super Admin​

  • Full administrative control over the organization
  • Can create, modify, and delete projects
  • Can manage all users including other Super Admins
  • Can view and manage all orders organization-wide
  • Can view and manage payment methods
  • Highest level of access

Admin​

  • Administrative control over the organization with Super Admin user restrictions
  • Can create, modify, and delete projects
  • Can manage users with Creator and Reader roles
  • Cannot create or modify Super Admin users
  • Can view and manage all orders organization-wide
  • Can view and manage payment methods

Creator​

  • Can create and manage their own orders
  • Can view projects they are assigned to
  • Cannot manage other users or projects
  • Standard user role for creating satellite imagery orders

Reader​

  • Read-only access to assigned projects
  • Cannot create orders
  • Cannot modify projects or users
  • Useful for stakeholders who need visibility without creation rights

Notes​

  • Some endpoints require Super Admin or Admin roles (e.g., create/update/delete projects)
  • General listing endpoints vary by role and return filtered results based on user permissions
  • Users can only be assigned to projects by Super Admin or Admin users
