Billing, Payment Methods & Projects

HUB organizations can have multiple payment methods (monthly arrears, pre-payments/POs) and projects that connect spend to a payment method and control user ordering access. A payment method may be shared by multiple projects.

Workflows

• Use payment_methods to discover IDs to attach to projects.
• Add/remove users on projects to gate who can order against a payment method.
• Optional: tag orders with {"label":"billing_group","value":"Project_A"} for invoice grouping (exact label required).
